Real Estate Market of NYC and Jody Kriss

Jody Kriss is the principal and the founder of the real estate development corporation “The East River Partners”. His focus has been always to develop and boost up the real estate market in NYC throughout his full sixteen years of career.  After founding his real estate development company he focused on the development of the 8 residential building projects of Manhattan and Brooklyn that worth over 100 million dollars. But financing the real estate was not always the job of Jody. He has been busy in the development of various properties some of them were the most desirable housing estates of NYC. Jody has been the true professional for every company he has worked for and worked the hardest for the profit of the organization and as a result his resume has the number of projects that he has worked for. This extremely talented professional stops at nothing and always ready to give his full attention to whatever project he is been working on. He has been a legendary real estate visionary who has always tried to do something different and positive.

Education:

Jody went to the Miami Palmetto Senior High School. And this becomes merely the first step to his glorious future that is envied by any young professional who is planning to make it big in the real estate agency. Jody Kriss being a brilliant student from the very beginning got the admission to the Pennsylvania University where he was selected for the Wharton School of Business. Wharton is an Ivy League college and has great level of reputation of manufacturing the jewels of industry; undoubtedly Kriss is one of them. Jody’s degree is equivalent to the degree of MBA which definitely complements the business intelligence of this person.

Work Experience:

•    Jody took his first job with the Athena Group as an Analyst and system manager. Where he single handedly helped in developing and financing the 838th fifth avenue, the posh condominium on Central park at 65th ,

•    While being in Athena he discovered his talents to promote the enriched real estate and he continued his journey to help the neighboring NYC residential buildings and condominiums and even spaces in some of the most desirable places of the town that includes Soho and Tribeca.

•    After this hard work Jody eventually became the partner at the Bayrock Group where he was a principal of a 47 floor residential plan.

But the year of 2010 became a milestone for NYC real estate industry and Jody as well because it was the year when he decided to become independent and founded the East Rivers Partner. After being associated with the real estate market for years, Kriss thought of taking the challenge in a different fashion. Jody decided to provide real estate industry of NYC a different dimension.

Jody learnt a lot of things from Bayrock Group and tried to integrate the same in his new company. His intention was to learn from his previous mistakes and to provide the management of ERP a solid shape. He succeeded completely in his intentions and presently his company’s success is the proof of this fact.
